We announce the incorporation of partner, Carlos González Prada from PPU (Perú), to lead our existing Regulatory team and to co-lead the Public Law team and the TMT team.
Carlos has 14 years of professional experience in regulated sectors such as telecom, media, education, health, and transport having worked 10 years at PPU (Peru) and 4 years at a telecom company.
González Prada was part of the team that won the Latin Lawyer deal of the year 2020 – Regulatory. The deal was referred to the landmark case that allowed that US-transport-giant Uber continues to offer its services in Peru.
