The exercise of constitutional law has acquired a growing relevance to protect the activities of both natural persons and legal entities since the foundations of the Peruvian legal system are contained in the Political Constitution. Therefore, the application of constitutional law is becoming more and more widespread in order to achieve effective protection mechanisms, beyond those included in other disciplines and special legislation.
Hernández & Cía. has a leading team in constitutional litigation, specialized in the design of strategies for the protection of fundamental rights and the sponsorship of our clients in constitutional proceedings (amparo, habeas corpus, habeas data, unconstitutionality, popular, compliance and competition). We also participate by providing constitutional grounds and support for the structure and functioning of the State in administrative proceedings and judicial processes in different matters involving the defense of fundamental rights.
