The Restructuring and Insolvency practice area provides advice to companies affected by any given financial crisis situation.  Our expertise includes advising on bankruptcy proceedings before INDECOPI, private restructuring, refinancing, credit recovery. We also advise on asset purchase and sale transactions of companies in insolvency or in crisis.

The team has participated in the most important bankruptcy proceedings in the country, advising both debtors and creditors from different industries. We have a multidisciplinary team, which allows us to provide comprehensive advice to all our clients in the face of the crisis, whether as creditors or debtors.

Our team has also participated on highly complex bankruptcy liquidations and those adopted under the general corporate law.

• Assistance in all stages of bankruptcy proceedings.
• Assistance to creditors in the recognition of credits, representation of creditors before the Creditors’ Meetings, as well as before an concluding challenge of the resolutions adopted therein.

• Assistance to creditors in the contractual design of clauses to mitigate the debtor’s insolvency risks and the resolution of consultations in general in insolvency and corporate liquidation matters.
