The work includes due diligence processes, bankability analysis, structuring and negotiation of all the necessary contracts to make the financing feasible and the corresponding guarantees.
We also offer advice during the project execution stage. This involves the negotiation of construction or “turnkey” contracts (also known as EPC – Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and advice during the construction process, the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the relationship with regulatory agencies, and any disputes that may arise.
