Hernández & Cía. advised Acciona Concesiones SL in its participation in the Integral Projects Tender for the concession of the projects “Enlace 220 kV Reque – Nueva Carhuaquero, substations, lines and associated extensions” and “SE Nueva Tumbes 220/60 kV – 75 MVA and LT 60 kV Nueva Tumbes – Tumbes” (“Projects”), in which it was awarded the contract after bidding a total investment cost of US$ 179,48,289. 42 and an annual operation and maintenance cost of US$ 1,822,116.00. The investment cost offered is 54% lower than the values considered in the tender (US$ 38.8 million).
Both projects will have a social impact on more than 1.3 million people, who will have access to a quality electricity service and will promote new enterprises and productive, commercial and tourist activities, boosting competitiveness and economic growth in the three departments of the country.
