Hernández & Cía. advised Vinci Compass Fondo de Inversión Oportunidades Renta Fija II, managed by Vinci Compass SAF S.A., on the acquisition of bonds issued through the First Cresiente Securitized Bond Program, for S/ 26,000,000, intended for the development of real estate projects in Lurín and Cusco.
This transaction was carried out in conjunction with Credicorp Capital, in its capacity as securitization company, and is backed by certain properties where the aforementioned projects will be developed, as well as by collection rights and cash flow derived from the operation of such projects, among others.
