Grupo Romero entered into an agreement with Pesquera Exalmar for the sale of 100% of the shares of Pesquera Centinela, one of the main producers of fishmeal for export in Peru. The transaction also included the sale of 100% of the shares issued by Robelis Valores S.R.L.
