Hernández & Cía. advised Fondo MiVivienda on a medium-term sustainable financing transaction with Banco BBVA Perú, for an amount of up to S/ 260 million (approximately USD 77 million).
This transaction is part of Fondo MiVivienda’s strategy to promote the granting of social housing mortgages in Peru.
The loan was structured as an unsecured facility and was successfully closed and disbursed within a short timeframe for the teams involved.
