Our senior associate, Alan Pasco, has been selected to join the Sectoral Working Group (created by Ministerial Resolution No. 0037-2024-JUS), which aims to conduct a situational study of the regulatory projects generated by the working groups responsible for proposing amendments to the Civil Procedure Code, Civil Code, Law regulating the contentious-administrative process, and the General Corporations Law, as well as proposing an update to these projects.
In particular, Alan will participate in the review and drafting of the proposed update to Book V of the Civil Code, on Real Rights.
