On 5 May 2021, in the city of Sao Paulo, the awards ceremony for the Deal of the Year – 2021, organised by the prestigious Guide Latin Lawyer, took place.
We are proud to announce that we were shortlisted in three categories:
M&A/Private Equity, Disputes and Restructuring.
We were one of the firms with the highest number of nominations, among a selected group of national firms.
We obtained the award: Deal of the Year 2021 in the category of M&A/PRIVATE EQUITY, for advising our client, Aenza, in the acquisition of 33.86% of its shareholding by IG4 Capital Infrastructure Investment LP.
We congratulate the entire team that worked on the winning transaction, as well as on the other two nominated transactions.
