With the legal advice of Hernández & Cía., Grupo Romero completed the closing of the sale of 100% of the shares of Pesquera Centinela to Pesquera Exalmar. The transaction also included the sale of 100% of the equity interests issued by Robelis Valores S.R.L., another company that is part of Grupo Romero, one of the most prominent business conglomerates in the country.
The parties signed the corresponding share purchase agreement in April 2025, with the closing of the transaction being subject to the fulfillment of certain precedent conditions, including obtaining the regulatory approval from INDECOPI. Having fulfilled these conditions, the closing was successfully completed in August 2025.
