Hernández & Cía. advised Fondo MiVivienda in a medium-term sustainable financing operation with Scotiabank Perú, for up to S/ 350,000,000.
The operation was disbursed in June 2025 and is part of Fondo MiVivienda’s sustainable financing strategy to continue promoting access to mortgage credit in Peru and substantially contribute to closing the housing gap in the country.
The loan was structured as an unsecured facility, given that Fondo MiVivienda is a state-owned company, and involved negotiating financial covenants and disbursement terms tailored to the borrower’s financing needs and internal policies.
