The consistent growth in the real estate market in Peru is an engine for investment and development that includes companies from different sectors. Its rapid evolution is generating new trends and a constant update and modifications of the legal regulations of the same, which includes, among other things, the norms issued by the Registration System, the Central Government and the National Assets System, as a tool of the real estate law for an efficient way of performing territorial management.

We provide advisory in the acquisition of real estate property with the corresponding procedure (as the case may be) of land subdivision and segregation, allotment, accumulation, among others; study of the deeds, corporate aspects of the organization of association or consortiums, a design for the tax planning applicable for each project, advisory regarding the acquisition of large extension properties in the rural field, destined to agro-industrial projects, energetics (mining, hydrocarbons, removable energy) at a large scale, including all the maters connected to municipal permits and approvals, urban planning, environmental regulations; drafting and negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements: promises, options, sales, acquisition agreements that include various real estate instruments, including real estate fiduciary schemes; negotiation and acquisition of land owned by Peasant Communities; negotiation and acquisition of several rights (ownership,  use, usufruct, easements) on land owned by the State, which includes carrying out administrative procedures before the competent authorities for disaffection, authorization and / or regularization of agreements, as the case may be; negotiation, drafting and closing of hotels operation and management contracts and agreements (both with national and international operators); construction, architecture and project management contracts and project financing, among others.
