Hernández & Cía. Abogados advised Banco BBVA Perú and Banco de Crédito del Perú in a syndicated mid-term financing, under Peruvian law, for up to the total amount of US$ 16’800,000.00, in favor of Terminales Portuarios Peruanos S.A.C. (TPP), where each bank participated with 50% of the loan amount.
The aforementioned loan was granted for the acquisition of a real estate from Fondo de Inversión en Bienes Raíces Larraín Vial – Colliers II (FIBRA LVC II), for the amount of US$ 20’879,100.00, which is located at kilometer 14.3 of Néstor Gambeta Avenue, Callao, where TPP carries out its commercial activities.
The financing is secured by a trust in guarantee over the acquired real estate and a pledge over the 50% of the collection rights and cash flows of TPP obtained as a result of its business activity.
